The aim of this trip is to improve Croatian tourism promotion in Arab countries
A delegation consisting of 27 tourism representatives, owners of largest tourist agencies and media from Saudi Arabia, UAE, Bahrein, Sudan and Kuwait arrived in Croatia on Wednesday, December 3, 2015, for the most extensive fam trip organised so far for these particular markets.
During their week long tour of Croatia, the delegation will visit Zagreb, Rijeka, Opatija, Rovinj and Dubrovnik and the aim of this trip is to present Croatia’s tourism possibilities in order for the delegates to expand their existing offer and include Croatia in their portfolio.
Fam trip is organised by Nur Holiday and Halal Tourisma while the entire journey will be filmed by MBC TV from Dubai.
This is the first serious step in marketing Croatia as a tourist destination in Arab countries and knowing how much we have to offer as a destination, we are sure we can expect an increase in arrival numbers from above mentioned countries.
