The tourist complex is categorized with 4-stars and spans 67,000 square meters with a total of 166 accommodation units and 20 luxury villas.
Pierre & Vacances, the French specialists for tourist residences, will manage the Crvena Luka Hotel & Resort in Biograd, reports Poslovni.hr on April 3, 2017. The resort will be their first management contract in Croatia and will be called Pierre & Vacances Premium Residence Crvena Luka Hotel & Resort.
Pascale Roque, the CEO of Pierre & Vacances Tourisme, announced that the management contract with Crvena Luka embodies their desire to develop the Pierre & Vacances brand abroad, which envisions capitalizing on high-quality products through their premium brand. He also added that the agreement is something they would like to expand more on in the years to come.
Noting that Pierre & Vacances is one of Europe’s leading brands in the market of tourist residences (villas, apartments, etc.), Crvena Luka has emphasized that under this management they would like to lengthen the season until mid-November and that their ultimate goal will be to establish a year-round business. This will also mean a change in the structure of guests at Crvena Luka, which should bring in around 45 percent of French guests. Germans and Austrians are expected to make up around 25 to 30 percent, and the remaining visitors are expected from other countries including Korea and China.
“Crvena Luka ended last year with positive results, including an increase in overnight stays compared to 2015 by about 28 percent, or 54,000, and this year we expect a continuation of positive trends,” said the resort. Crvena Luka is located in Biograd and is categorized with 4-stars. The resort spans 67,000 square meters with a total of 166 accommodation units that have direct access to the beach and 20 luxury villas.
Since 2006, Crvena Luka has been owned by Italians who completely renovated all facilities after their purchase. With a large multi-million euro investment, they raised the resort’s rating to 4-stars and improved the quality of services and offers.
“Given the enormous strategic and conceptual importance of our investments, as well as possibilities for further development, we decided to join forces with Pierre & Vacances, one of the greatest European leaders in the management of residential and tourist facilities. This collaboration will ensure not only an increased number of French guests in this region and Croatia but also the standard operating processes that will lead to improved quality of service and recognition through their premium brand,” said CEO of Crvena Luka Pier Paolo Prodi.
In addition to leisure, the resort expects more business travelers because, through the Pierre & Vacances platform, the resort will be promoted as their new destination for conventions and other business meetings. The resort has a conference and meeting center with five modular halls that can accommodate the different requirements of business guests.
Having been in operation for 50 years, Pierre & Vacances is a company that offers a unique experience in more than 260 destinations. The company offers three different models of residences including apartments and houses, premium residences and resorts.
