How was the Month of February for Croatian Tourism?

Croatia tourism is off to a good start this year…

According to the system eVisitor which records the traffic of tourists registered in commercial and non-commercial accommodation facilities within Croatia, and with the integration of the system eCrew (for nautical charter), in February 2017 the number of tourist arrivals increased by 5.7% (125,446 arrivals), while the number of arrivals for domestic tourists increased by 11.38% (85,203 arrivals).

The number of foreign tourists in February increased by 10.46% (329,766 overnight stays), while the number of domestic tourists increased by 10.97% (210,717 overnight stays). In total (foreign and domestic tourist traffic), the number of arrivals in February increased by 7.93% (210,649 arrivals), while the number of overnight stays increased by 10.66% (540,483 overnight stays).

In absolute figures, the highest tourist traffic in February (measured by overnight stays) was recorded in Istria, Zagreb, Primorje-Gorski Kotar County and Split-Dalmatia County.
