April 17, 2018 – Another breathtaking timelapse video, made from 150,000 photos, from the phenomenal Romulic and Stojcic, surely one of Croatia’s most effective and visual tourism promoters.
The Osijek Maestros have done it again.
The photography of Mario Romulic and Drazen Stojcic has long been associated with the finest promotion of Croatia. As Croatia entered the EU in 2013, an exhibition of their work toured Europe as part of the Welcome Croatia campaign, a stunning visual introduction of the natural beauty of the EU’s newest member.
But it is perhaps with their signature timelapse masterpieces that they are increasingly well known. Timelapse Croatia five years ago was hailed by some quarters of the Croatian media as the best visual promotion of Croatia ever, and viral, award-winning timelapses such as Hvar Storm and Misty Motovun have captured the magic of Croatia in a way that others can only dream about.
The Slavonian duo are back with their latest piece, in association with the Ministry of Tourism – Timeless Story – Croatian Cultural Heritage.
Typically for Romulic and Stojcic, who have seemingly photographed every rock in Croatia, the timelapse – for which a staggering 150,000 photos were taken – covers the entire country, from Rovinj to Dubrovnik, the islands of Korcula and Hvar to the continental cities of Varazdin and Osijek.
Here it is, the latest masterpiece Made in Osijek.
