Zinfandel Food & Wine Bar, one of Split’s most beloved sanctuaries for classic Croatian wines and decadent Dalmatian food has yet another trick up their sleeve: have you heard about their wine tasting menu?

It’s no surprise that Zinfandel is at the forefront for wine connoisseurs (and wine lovers) in Split. With over 100 bottled wines and over 30 wines by the glass, Zinfandel takes particular pride in their wine selection.

 

Lucky for you, Zinfandel is willing to take you on a tour through their various grape varietals and wine regions, giving you their secrets (well, some of them) to the best wines in Croatia while educating you into the wine enthusiasts you’ve always wished to become.

3. Your choice of our handmade pasta or risotto

 

Dalmatian Cheese Tasting: Paški, young goats, aged cow`s cheese, cheese with mediterranean herbs, toasted ricotta served with fig cake, marinated olives and chilli toasted almonds)

 

Charcuterie Platter: (Dalmatian prosciutto, chorizo style sausage, cured pork loin, truffled pork sausage and venison salami served with red pepper jam and marinated olives

 

Local Cheese & Charcuterie Selection: Cheeses (Sheep, herbed, chevre, aged cow’s cheese) and Charcuterie (Dalmatian prosciutto, pečenica, sheep & truffled sausage), served with marinated olives and pepper jam
