Experiences at Zadar Cruise Port
Spencer and Sarah from Hawaii are celebrating 25 years of marriage. On the penultimate day of the trip, the cruise ship they were sailing on stopped in Gaženica.
“We noticed it as soon as we got off the ship – everything is extremely clean, people are very kind, it’s easy to find your way around,” says Spencer.
Their companion from Liverpool was also pleasantly surprised.
“I was surprised how big the terminal is, very impressive. Security is at a high level, no problems, a very nice port,” says Neil.
The port, according to current announcements, is expecting a more than twice as good season next year.
“For now, we have a large number of arrivals announced for the next season – 120, which is an increase of 66 percent compared to this year. We expect 100,000 passengers more than this year,” Rebeka points out.
By the end of the season, on November 6, 6 more boats are scheduled to dock. The new season will start earlier than ever as well, in January.
