Nikola Šubić Zrinski Square, popularly referred to as Zrinjevac, is a square and park in Lower Town, the central part of Zagreb, the capital of Croatia. It is located near the central Ban Jelačić Square, halfway towards the Main Railway Station. It is part of the Green horseshoe or Lenuci’s, which consists of seven squares and parks in Lower Town. It spreads over an area of 12,540 square meters.
Zagreb’s parks are a refuge from the summer heat, often in the mid-30s on the Celsius scale.
