Photo of the Day: Kosinj Bridge

Kosinj Bridge is a stone bridge seventy metres long, located in the Lika mountain region. It connects the Upper and Lower Kosinj villages.

Construction of the bridge began in 1929 and was opened for use in 1936. The design reflected the need to account for fast-rising waters in early spring.
