This year instead of Beaujolais vs Portugieser dilemma, a new joy caught my tooth.

Feričanci have become a synonym fro Frankovka and alongside all ambitious labels of aged harvests they produced this.

Beet purple and just enough soil like the taste of this vegetable. Just enough soil tannins on the palate not to overshadow the fruity liveliness, while adding a dose of reality in the sense of a taste of grapes from which this young wine came.

With chestnuts, it functions just like a real dry Portugieser. Likeable, unpretentious refreshment of low alcohols and dry.
