Perfect scent, seductive, with a good taste to follow. The Corona Grande 2013 is a harmonious wine by the Benvenuti family from Kaldir near Motovun. Wine Stars reviewers gave it five stars and recommended it be consumed in silence. The festive wine costs 111,50 kuna in Miva.
Four stars went to the Boškinac 2013, a ful, layered, elegant red wine, with a bottle at the same name winery in Novalja on Pag island costing 250 kuna. The same recognition was given to two Plešivica wines. Chardonnay Sur Lie 2013 of the family winery Korak is a potent and dynamic wine of a good body and complex taste which lasts long (Dropi, 150 kuna), while the Rhine Riesling Amfora 2011 of the Tomac family from Donja Reka near Jastrebarsko is an exclusive, extra wine which has fermented for months in amphorae, then aged for years in the cellar and should be consumed next to a fireplace, while it is snowing outside (Dropi, 250 kuna).
