The fact that a white wine from 2011 is new on the market speaks it is something different, new and special wine of special technology. Wine Stars reviewers noted this second Riesling from amphorae, with the first from 2009, has the perfect scent with pine needles and resin, being pleasantly dry, concentrated, rich and still lively. They gave it four stars and wine of the week title, with a bottle costing 250 kuna in the winery near Jastrebarsko.
Competing were also Istrian Malvazija 2016 by Franco Arman from the Narduči village near Vižinada in Istria (Vrutak, 59,59 kn), a semi-sec Rose 2015 from Cabernet Sauvignon by the Prodan Wienry in Istrian Višnjan (Vrutak, 28 kn) and Rukatac 2016 Antunović from Oskorušno on Pelješac peninsula (Vrutak, 35 kuna).
