July 20, 2023 – One of the largest domestic construction fairs and the only one in Istria County, PromoArh, is returning to Poreč for the third time, once again making the Žatika hall a unique platform for connecting with key players in the construction industry, as well as an inexhaustible source of inspiration for designers and construction engineers, owners of vacation homes or those who are just about to start construction
From September 20th to 22nd, on 4,500 m2 of indoor and 500 m2 of outdoor exhibition space in Poreč’s Žatika hall, an international construction, furnishings, interior & exterior design trade fair – PromoArh will be held in its third edition. Once again it will become a meeting place and connect domestic and foreign construction companies with existing and potential partners and clients.
Last year’s successful fair gathered 80 exhibitors from Croatia, Italy, Slovenia, Serbia, and Austria, and in addition to 200 well-known global brands, the emphasis of the fair offer was on new technologies, services, and trends in construction. This year’s edition continues with this trend, and in three days of exhibition, visitors and exhibitors will be offered a wide range of construction materials, machines, equipment and tools, materials and systems for green construction and sustainable development, furnishing interiors and exteriors, BIM software solutions, IT solutions for smart houses and much more. PromoArh is an opportunity for visitors to get first-hand information and advice on products, services, and novelties, as well as ideas for their projects from renowned experts in one place.
In addition to visitors, the fair is also interesting for exhibitors and visitors from the profession, who can learn about the latest trends and exchange information with leading national and international experts at lectures, workshops, and panel discussions as part of the Education point. During the three days of the fair, education will cover topics such as CO2-neutral and sustainable construction, BIM adapted to designers, and eConstruction diary, but visitors and exhibitors are also expecting other current topics from the sector.
Education and presentation of novelties on the market are the goals of the fair, reveals director Ivana Štiković: “PromoArh was designed with the desire to create a meeting place and connect key players in the construction industry. We want to make every next fair even better for our visitors and exhibitors, so we are preparing a lot, and this year we expect the largest number of participants and exhibitors,” says Štiković and adds that more than 80 percent of exhibitor places are already filled.
The organizer of the PromoArh fair is Studio 053 from Poreč, which, since its foundation in 1989, has been participating in the organization of numerous fairs, cultural and entertainment, sports and congress events throughout Istria. The most important “product” of this company is Promohotel – an international fair of food, drinks, and equipment for tourism, held in as many as 38 editions.
