The Famous Passarola Restaurant in Hvar has a New Perk

Two years in the making but most definitely worth the wait, the famous Passarola restaurant in Hvar town has opened a hidden gem in the cellar beneath where patrons eat, and Passarola Night Bar has now come to existence.

Passarola Night Bar is not only a unique addition to the town of Hvar, but also very necessary; Passarola Night Bar will be open until 5am in the morning, giving Hvar enthusiasts a different late night option. Fine drinks such as Espresso Martinis will help take you into the early hours, with live music being another added bonus.

 

Passarola restaurant being a “must eat” for many gourmet food enthusiasts is led by chef Igor Obradovic, who creates Dalmatian and Mediterranean classics with a local and modern flair. Because we know the reputation has sustained, we are excited to see what Passarola Night Bar has in store.
