The Adriatic Derby: Hajduk v Rijeka Tonight at Poljud

Footballers Hajduk will play against their coastal rivals Rijeka tonight at Poljud. The game begins at 21h and is the 6th round of matches for MAXtv First League.

Pušnik’s team Hajduk has 10 points after 5 games and holds the third position in the overall standings for MAXtv First League, while Rijeka is in second place with 13 points.

 

Coach Pušnik has said this derby is never easy and that the players are expected to have maximum discipline in the duel.

 

In the competition for the Adriatic derby, Pušnik has a side of 20 players after a closed training on the main lawn at Poljud Stadium last night.

 

The referees in the match Hajduk versus Rijeka will be Fran Jović from Zagreb, while his assistants Ivica Modrić and Igor Krmar are also from Zagreb. The fourth official is Davor Kožarec of Domaslovec, and additional judges are Bruno Marić from Daruvar and Ivan Vučković from Zagreb.
