What a weekend it was at Split’s iconic green market, or what we know locally as “pazar”. Sure the wind was blowing, and pretty hard, but the market was alive with new spring season treats that filled the tables of convincing sellers and eager buyers.

Can anyone believe it’s actually time for wild asparagus again?
