In Sinj on Easter Monday?
On Monday, April 2, 2018 (Easter Monday), the Sinj Tourist Board, with the support of the City of Sinj and the Tourist Board of Split-Dalmatia County, organizes Easter breakfast in the open for the second time. This event, which hopes to become a traditional gathering in the area, will begin at 11:00 am at Alojzije Stepinac’s Promenade.
The goal of the event is to present the gastronomic offer of the region’s traditional Easter dishes and customs to all visitors as well as to the first guests staying in the city of Sinj and its surroundings. Therefore, for all visitors, the Sinj Tourist Board has prepared a lavish holiday table made up of traditional dishes especially for an Easter breakfast, such as cooked eggs, ham, Dalmatian prosciutto, cheese, fritule and other delicious desserts.
For the youngest participants, a fun entertainment program has been organized. In addition to the gastronomic presentation of Easter meals, there will also be a performance by the Sinj majorettes, and visitors will have the opportunity to enjoy the songs of the Sinj Children’s and Mixed Choir and performance of Split soloists. The Sinj ferali association, the Association for the preservation of the Cetina heritage and KUD Cetina are responsible for arranging and preparing this spectacular Easter Monday outing.
