They emphasize using local products sourced by farmers from dubrovnik’s surroundings, especially from Župa and Konavle, along with the fresh fish delivered daily and meat from the most reliable, high-quality suppliers.
Homemade is the key word at Pantarul spanning the various dishes from homemade pasta to homemade pesto. Located on a busy crossroads where the view is not the biggest asset to the restaurant, it is however fairly omitted detail once you indulge yourself in their spectacular fetuccini with pesto and calamari. Or file steak. Or grilled octopus. Mmm.
