We know that the holidays took a toll on most of you in December, and somehow, the sight of food has become nauseating in the new year. Many of you have decided to go dry for January, while others have sworn off anything but salads in hopes that their figures bounce back to the desired pre-holiday size. But today, we have a perfect reason to tempt you to continue the gluttony – and that is Chops Grill.

Most of you are already acutely aware of Chops Grill, Split’s modern steakhouse offering prime meats from around the world, the freshest seafood from the local market, and enticing pasta and salads that serve every appetite. Let’s start with the appetizers. From scampi pate to the favorite Chops bruschetta, smoked duck breasts, or tuna tartare, is there an item you wouldn’t choose?

For those looking to lighten up, beef or fish consommé, homemade tomato, or a vegetable and shrimp soup might delight, or salads from Greek to Caesar, Caprese to a Chops signature salad might do. 

If you’re not a meat eater, don’t fret, as Chops offers a selection of delicious pasta and risottos that pull inspiration from Italy and the Dalmatian region. Anyone fancy Rome’s classic ‘Cacio e Pepe’? Or how about a Mediterranean risotto or homemade macaroni from the island of Korčula?

If you are a meat eater, listen carefully. Does the sound of 250-gram beef tenderloin, 350 gram Black Angus ribeye steak, or a 300-gram Kettyle strip steak cooked on a lava grill have you salivating?
