The new extension of the Radisson Blu Resort will be built on the site of the former hotel complex “Split”.
While it has been known for quite some now, the end of this year should see a new building constructed as part of the Radisson Blu Resort. The extension of the resort will be built on the site of the old building that formed part of the former hotel complex “Split”. It was destroyed two months ago, reports Slobodna Dalmacija on March 25, 2017.
The main contractor for the project is the Zagreb-based company “Tehnika”, who have been tasked with building a replacement hotel wing called “Fikus-Radisson”. The investor is a company named “Hotel Split” which manages the accommodation facilities in Trstenik.
According to the available data, the gross area of the planned facility will amount to just more than 6,000 square meters and will include a basement, ground floor, and five floors. The hotel building is planned to have a total of 69 units in which there will be 54 rooms and 15 suites designed to meet the standards of a four-star hotel.
The complex in Trstenik currently has 250 stylishly furnished rooms and suites, several restaurants and bars, a spa and fitness center, a swimming pool, and nine meeting rooms.
Judging by the reviews of guests on specialized services, they are generally very satisfied with the service at the Split Radisson Blu Resort.
