This week, Split gets a new nightclub in the heart of the city. “Central” will host an oyster and champagne opening ceremony on August 4th.
This Thursday, August 4th, the heart of Split will be graced with yet another nightlight establishment: Central. The new nightclub will be taking over the former cinema Central, keeping its namesake for good luck.
This newly renovated space was designed by architect Duje Kaliterna, ensuring that this new institution will be worthy of the former legendary Split theatre, creating yet another gathering place for inhabitants of the city.
Central will have a capacity of about 1000 people, including three VIP zones across two floors. There will be four bars throughout the club, with an impressive dance floor directly in front of the dj booth. One of the VIP lounges are located just behind the dj booth. The club also boasts one of the world’s best sound systems d&b audio.

Every night of the week, the program will offer different themed parties with a diverse music program for different visual environments. In addition to the daily program, the club has announced end of the summer performances by top world djs Sharam, Sunnery James & Ryan Marciano amongst many others. The club will be open every day from 01h to 06h, while on Thursdays the doors will open at 23h.
The opening ceremony on Thursday, August 4th will begin at 23h with oysters, champagne and a guaranteed party until the early morning hours.
