As part of this year’s Sv. Duje celebration, restaurants in the “ghetto” of Split will join forces for the Gastro Get Festival.

Just yesterday, Total Split introduced readers to the newest addition to this year’s Sv. Duje celebration, Gastro Get. Eight restaurants in the Split “ghetto” are bringing a new gastro spin to the celebration, and are honoring Sv. Duje with special menus for the people of Split to enjoy this week.

The only catch? Four “Sv. Duje worthy” ingredients are mandatory to use in each menu, and they are goat, motar (a wild Adriatic plant), sage, and dates.
