Welcome to Zagreb

Welcome to Zagreb, not only the capital of the EU’s youngest member, but also a booming tourist hotspot. More than a million tourists overnighted in Zagreb in 2015, the only destination to do so in Croatia.

It is the business hub, the entertainment centre and the source of much of what goes on in the country, and so we have decided to launch our latest site, Total Zagreb, to keep local expats informed of what is going on, as well as cater to the information needs of the growing number of tourists.

In addition to the standard info features of accommodation, activities and where to eat, drink and party, we also have a comprehensive event calendar (and you are welcome to add your events), as well as various features, such as Healthy Zagreb, Run Zagreb and other niche sectors of Zagreb. If you would like to contribute your views of life on Zagreb, why not write for us? Please contact us at [email protected]. We will be blogging daily, and if you have a feature you would like us to cover, get in touch.
