After presenting the Little Market in the Attic a while ago here, it’s time to present another local and organic little market in Zagreb – Dobra špajza (“the Good Pantry”).

Dobra špajza is a joint program by Dobra ekonomija co-op and and Zelena mreža aktivističkih grupa association that takes place at Booksa on Thursdays and the aim of which is to offer healthy and locally produced goods from small family farmers. The principle is based on Hrana za dobro model, another project by Dobra ekonomija co-op and the project makes Booksa a central place for inclusive economy in Zagreb.

The procedure is simple: you register here, select your groceries (sometimes the end date is Tuesday at 10 p.m., sometimes it’s Wednesday at 10 p.m.) and pick them up on Thursdays, 4 – 6 p.m, at Booksa.

The offer varies and it changes every week. Some of the products available are honey, eco wine, seasonal produce, herbs, flour, eggs, and much, much more.

Check out the sellers and their offer here and see you at Booksa!
