For a town with such an excellent selection of restaurants and fine culinary tradition, it is quite an achievement for the team of diVino to have achieved such stunning success in their first season, but it does not take long to understand why diVino is all but guaranteed to have another excellent summer in 2012.
diVino brings something a little different to Hvar’s exclusive waterfront, and if you are looking for the perfect ambiance to impress your loved one, look no further for probably the island’s most romantic location. Set in a spacious garden, high above the waterfront, diVino has a unique restaurant aspect to the Pakleni Islands and the Adriatic.
The menu is a slight departure from the traditional Dalmatian fare available in most restaurants on the island, with a distinct Medirerranean flair on offer, with a selection of quality fish, meat and pasta dishes, all accompanied by the fabulous selection available at the Endless Fresh Garden Bar.
The full name of the restautant is diVino wine studio, which reflects one of the strongest wine lists on the island, with a selection of the finest Hvar wines, accompanied by some of the best Bordeaux Grand Crus, meaty Tuscan reads and some of mainland Croatia’s best offerings.
Great food and wine is nothing without service and ambiance, however, and it is the attention to detail and level of service which makes diVino so special.
