Project “1000 kn of Dalmatia” continues to promote Croatia in a slightly different way
Organised by the Split Oldtimer Auto Club, 1000 km of Dalmatia is a fun packed project for all lovers of classic sports cars. Along with promoting perfectly restored automobile legends, this event also promotes the beauties of the Dalmatian coast since its route is perfectly planned to take both domestic and international guests through local and main picturesque roads along the Adriatic coast.
6th International classic sports car rally “1000 km of Dalmatia” started on September 22nd in Split, on the Riva of course, and so far they have visited Šibenik, Primošten, Skradin, Trogir, Hvar, Korčula, Orebić and Ston. Every stop included guided tours as well as food and wine tastings in order for all the participants to get acquainted with the best Croatia has to offer.
They will be in Dubrovnik this afternoon, Cavtat and Zaton tomorrow and then they are heading back to Split for their final event and closing ceremony so if you still didn’t get a chance to see these classic beauties, you have enough time to catch them.
