In this year’s MojPosao survey of employee satisfaction, companies participated from the industries of private, foreign and domestic ownership, totaling to 45 companies.
At the awards ceremony for ‘Best Employer’, awards were given to companies based on the research results of MojPosao. The research was conducted with over 5,100 employees, reports Poslovni.hr.
The purpose of the research was an in-depth analysis of a range of factors that affect employee satisfaction and the degree of their involvement in a particular company. The goal of the research was to display the companies that currently work best in Croatia, based on the experiences and perceptions of the employees themselves.
Companies agreed to participate in the research by allowing their employees to take a ‘Employee Satisfaction Survey’: a questionnaire consisting of 78 statements from nine key areas of research:

Employees rated each category on a scale of 1 to 4. The claims were formulated in two ways – as a positive or negative, in order to avoid automatism in responding to the effects of suggestibility.

Best Employers in the category of ‘medium-sized’ companies for 2016 are:

The best employers in the category of ‘small enterprises’ for 2016 are:

MojPosao has conducted research of employee satisfaction for 10 years, of which nine years they have given awards. The company dm – drogerie markt has partcipated in the study all ten years and has been at the top throughout the years. In addition to being the best employer, dm has become the first employer choice in the opinion of the public.
