At the end of September last year, the Government declared that this Maistra initiative was a strategically important investment project of the Republic of Croatia and this decision was published in the Official Gazette. Now, the agreement on its preparation and implementation has been signed.

Maistra from Rovinj, which is part of the Adris group, began work on the construction of the new Park Hotel last year. “In 2016, the building of the new Park Hotel has begun. It is an essential facility in the development of the hotel offer in Rovinj,” Adris Group said in a statement.

The old hotel has been completely demolished, and on its foundations an entirely new facility is being built. At its website, Maistra claims that the hotel would be opened next year.
