“Let us dream together a little bit longer.”

Darijo Srna, the former captain of the Croatia national team, sent a powerful message of support to Zlatko Dalić’s men ahead of tomorrow’s historic match against England in the second semi-final matchup of the World Cup in Russia.

“Tomorrow is for history and for infinity Thank you for living all of our dreams and for all those years we were unsuccessful. Thank you for allowing me to be with you now, every step, every corner, every foul, every out and every penalty. Thank you for being my heart and soul forever, my brothers, and more than that! Thank you for knowing that this time you are working for yourselves and for all of us! Do not let us wake up, let us dream together a little bit longer, this time to the end! All of our hearts are with you! Once a Vatreni – always a Vatreni,” wrote Srna on his Instagram account on July 10, 2018.

Croatia and England will play in the semi-final of the World Cup on Wednesday, July 11, 2018, at 20:00.
