Our Hajduk is continuing the battle for the Sport Act.
“Our Hajduk” association has announced that they have sent the criminal complaint to the State Attorney Office against Minister of Science, Education, and Sport, Mr. Predrag Šustar on May 12. 2016. They are making the case regarding the Minister’s abuse of Office and influence trading.
They are accusing the Minister that he is obstructing the law by ignoring the Sport Act, which is in force, and have sent written proof for their case, explaining all the lies and misguiding statements of Mr. Šustar in last few months.
The politicians in Croatia are busy these days with many affairs, so this could go through under the radar of the media, but it is not often that the criminal charges are proposed against any minister by an association of almost 40 thousand members.
As we wait for the State Attorney Office to reply to the complaint, in the announcement by Our Hajduk one can find the promise that they will be persistent in finding legal ways to fight for the rule of law in Croatian football.
