Todorić: ”Croatian Government Allowed Knighthead to Steal 246 Million Euros”

Lauren Simmonds

The ex Agrokor boss just keeps on writing…

Ivica Todorić took to his blog on the 27th of October, 2017 to talk about the roll up contract and various creditors involved in Agrokor’s messy situation.

As usual, we bring you the former Agrokor majority owner’s blog post translated into English below:

”The [Croatian] government and [Ante] Ramljak are trying in all ways to reduce the damage caused by the publication of [that] shameful roll up contract. Falsehoods and the misleading of the public with lousy interpretations that don’t have anything to do with reality.

They haven’t shown (declared) an even more terrible guarantee contract and agreement with Madison Pacific Trust Ltd from Hong Kong, where all the greatness of this unseen robbery is hidden.

Knighthead (funding), who was the client of Agrokor’s current legal adviser Tin Dolički, has made a profit of one billion, eight hundred thousand kuna so far – through the purchase of bonds and the roll up, they’ve made 246 million euros!

Such a profit [the ability to gain such a profit] was made possible by the government’s [passing of] Lex Agrokor (law) and by Ramljak’s contracts which are taking billions from the company.
