Croatia Closer to the Heart of Europe as Brussels Airlines Flies in to Zagreb

Zagreb and Brussels got a little closer yesterday.

While the bulk of flight announcements to Croatia tend to be concentrated on airports on the Adriatic Coast, a new route in the capital Zagreb started on September 20, 2015, as Brussels Airlines landed to connect the capital cities of Belgium and Croatia.

The route is certain to be popular with businessmen on EU business, and it will be a service six times a week, daily except Saturday, with the Airbus A319 departing Brussels at 14:05 arriving at 16:10, before leaving Zagreb at 16:40 arriving in Belgium at 18:45.
