As of yesterday, the 1st of June 2017, the wildly popular car service Uber has begun providing its services in the pretty coastal town of Sibenik, making the Dalmatian town yet another in an ever increasing line, joining Split, Dubrovnik and Zadar. Aside from Dalmatia, Uber has been offering its services in the Croatian capital of Zagreb for a long time, and the service is considered to be one of the safest and most favourable ways of moving around the city.
Judging from past success in other Croatian towns, it can be assumed with great certainty that Uber will soon become very popular among both Sibenik locals and visitors to the town.
Services have been increased and expanded within the company, and in all cities in Dalmatia where Uber is present, it is possible to use two brand new services – UberSELECT and UberVAN.

UberVAN is intended for larger groups of people travelling together and wanting to travel in one vehicle. For that reason, when you go out with your friends during the evening, or out with the family for a trip, try UberVAN, and you get a car with as many as eight seats!
