Never tried Škrlet? Here is your chance to taste it in its own natural habitat – Moslavina. The grape is native to this region of Croatia, east of Zagreb, along the northern banks of the river Sava.

Škrlet is a white grape, with red spots, hence the name (related to the English ‘scarlet’).

The sixth annual event will he held on Friday and Saturday, 2. And 3. December 2016. The program starts each day at 4pm and continues into the night. Stalls with local products and wines will open at 4. Then several local wineries will each present part of the program on local cuisine and local wines. The Trdenić Winery wine cellars will be open for visiting both days, with free transportation from the main event. Naturally there will be tamburice music from Tamburice Orchestra Modri Biseri.
