Rimac vs Bugatti – Croatia Leads France 1-0

Total Croatia News

Even before the World Cup finals, Croatia is already ahead of France.

France is basing its optimism on classic technologies, while Croats are trying to improve their chances with completely new technological ideas. Of course, we are talking about cars. Ahead of the most important sports event in the history of Croatia, Index.hr has decided to compare the best representatives of the two countries’ car industries.

Of course, France has a much wider choice of candidates for the first team, as well as for the reserve bench, but the strongest player is Bugatti. The model’s name is Chiron and is currently the most technologically powerful car among cars powered by an internal combustion engine. It has an 8.0 W16 quad turbo engine with a maximum of 1,500 horsepowers.

On the other hand, the Croatian team has just one, but a very powerful player. This is the second model coming from Rimac Automobili, C_Two, which is powered by an electric drive with the total power of unbelievable 1,914 horsepowers.

In terms of acceleration, there is only one winner. Bugatti’s model needs 2.5 seconds to reach 100 kph, and five seconds to reach 160 kph. According to official data, C_Two needs 1.95 seconds to reach 100 kph and 4.3 seconds for 160 kph.

With regards to the maximum speed, the winner is also clear. The French car can already reach 420 kph, and it is expected to go even faster in the future. C_Two will be able to reach speeds of 415 kph, which is impressive for an electric car, but not enough to defeat the French candidate.

It is impossible to say who is the ultimate winner of this duel, even after all the other characteristics and the prices are compared. After all, the final decision should be based only on the personal taste of the buyer, and not on the result of a possible duel on the track, and certainly not on comparing prices.

However, Bugatti and Rimac did race against each other once. Veyron did not have a chance against Rimac’s Concept_One.
