The 14th annual Tabor Film Festival – International Short Film Festival will take place July 7th to 10th in Veliki Tabor, Desinić. Boasting an impressive music and film line up, this year’s festival may be one of the best yet!
The fim program will hold an international and domestic short film competition. The side program will include the European Film Academy, Ivana Salatići Retrospective, AALTO Retrospective, a special on Zagora, Sound & Vision, Night Film, a music video program, and films for children.
The music program includes Rundek Cargo Trio, Kultur Shock, Repetitor, Kries, ABOP, Radio Aktiv, Pridjevi, Naxatras, Rolin Humes, Breakdown, FOR and more TBA.
The musical program will also be interesting this year, as concerts will be played across four stages:
Sunset stage – located outside the castle, with a view of the green sea and a welcoming sunset
Tabor Varos stage – in the atrium of the castle where the bands will “chase away evil spirits from the walls”
Sound & Vision stage is in its second season in the atrium of the castle Veliki Tabor, bringing together the fusion of film and music performed live
Campfire stage – modeled on the famous legend of the castle to witness many new love stories accompanied by guitar and choir singing
There will also be after party concerts with a DJ program so you can dance until dawn!
An early bird festival ticket is 95kn and sales end 15.06. After that, the price is 125kn for a festival ticket.
