A Former Mayor, Zeljko Kerum to Open a Hotel in Split

Former Split mayor Zeljko Kerum is back.

Former Split mayor and somewhat controversia businessman Zeljko Kerum is opening the doors of his new hotel starting August 1st. The building is located at the intersection of Mažuranićevo šetalište street and Domovinskog rata street. Mr. Kerum and his wife Fani are opening four-star hotel – as part of project “Periska” – that is already baptized as “Korner”. The investment has been estimated at 6 mil Eur.

– It is a building with 44 hotel rooms with about hundred beds. Each room is 30 square meters and has a toilet with a bathroom, air conditioning, TV, and everything a good hotel should have. The ground floor reception area and restaurant where guests will be able to have breakfast, but also lunch and dinner, a la carte – says the proud owner.

Workers are finalizing last construction works on the facade, while the interior of the hotel is almost 99 percent completed.
