McDonalds Continues to Employ People Across Croatia

The famous American fast food chain has come a long way since its first Croatian restaurant opened back in 1996.

While many love the taste of ajvar, onion, kajmak and ćevapčići, others have developed a taste for fast food from across the Atlantic.

As Poslovni Dnevnik writes on the 26th of January, 2018, since the opening of the first McDonalds restaurant in Croatia back in 1996, the company has continuously invested in the modernisation of not only its equipment, but its work procedures, as well as the motivation and development of staff potential through the international company’s internal training system.

With staff being sought in both Zagreb and the Dalmatian capital of Split, McDonalds has opened up opportunities for steady employment in several Croatian cities, and love it or hate it, the fast food giant continues to provide a much needed wage to people across the country.
