Todorić: ”If Everything is Transparent, Publish Names of People who Wrote Lex Agrokor”

Lauren Simmonds

The blog strikes again, and this time, even Ante Ramljak’s ex-wife is being dragged into the chaos.

Ivica Todorić writes a new blog entry on the 24th of November, 2017. As usual, we bring you the former Agrokor boss’ latest blog post translated into English in full below:

”The Deputy PM (Martina Dalić) hasn’t stopped with the indictments and with [the use of] totally inappropriate vocabulary, she’s trying to draw attention away from the unprecedented plunder in Agrokor carried out by people who are the authors of Lex Agrokor (law).

And in that, she says, there’s nothing mysterious. So when it’s that way [not mysterious], let’s finally publish the names of the authors of that unconstitutional law. The minister knows them [the names] very well, and says she oversaw the entire process and co-ordinated the writing of that law. These same co-ordinated authors, today unmysteriously receive generous advisory fees that are approved by Minister Dalić!

Perhaps it’d be more correct for the unconstitutional law itself to be called Lex Author! Half a billion for consultancy services, [Ante] Ramljak has expanded with friends, his own company, and the company of his friends from Split for which his ex-wife works! Since he didn’t pay for his alimony, by hiring Heros d.o.o. from Split, under the ownership of his close friend, [a company] in which his former wife is employed, that personal problem will also be solved by someone elses money from Agrokor, which was hijacked by the [passing of the] unconstitutional Lex Agrokor. And that was approved by Mrs Dalić. So much for there being no mysteries in the whole process, Mrs. Dalić!
