Hajduk Split is off to a blazing start in 2026. The club announced on social media that it has already surpassed 50,000 members this year. “Am I crazy? I’m crazy for Hajduk!” the club quoted from fans’ reactions. Remarkably, it took just 12 days for Hajduk to hit this milestone.
Of that number, nearly 45,000 were returning active members from last year. Fans who haven’t signed up yet can join at hajduk.hr/clanstvo or through one of the many field campaigns across Croatia and the diaspora. “Hajduk — a club of members and community,” the supporters declared.
Having surpassed 100,000 members for three consecutive years, Hajduk’s fan base is signaling that 2026 could take membership levels to even more impressive heights, not just in Croatia but on the global stage.
With slightly over 120,000 members last year, Hajduk already ranks among the top 15 football clubs in the world in terms of membership. And judging by early 2026 numbers, the Split club will continue to share company with giants like Bayern Munich, Benfica, Borussia Dortmund, Barcelona, Schalke, and Manchester United.
The rush started immediately: more than 25,000 fans joined in the first two days of the year, with over 22,000 signing up on New Year’s Day alone. These included supporters who had renewed or completed membership just before Christmas. This shattered last year’s record, when about 18,000 fans joined on the first day of 2025.
Beyond showcasing Hajduk’s strong connection with its fanbase, these numbers translate into real financial gains for the club. Annual membership costs €20 for adults, while minors and fans over 65 pay €10. By January 12, over 50,000 fans had already signed up, generating nearly €800,000 in membership revenue.
2026 is surely shaping up to be yet another record-breaking year for the Split club!
