Marin Čilić is in the Wimbledon Final!

Marin Čilić has reached the finals of Wimbledon!

Marin Čilić has advanced to the second Grand Slam final of his career after beating American Sam Querrey in the semifinals of Wimbledon, reports Gol.hr on July 14, 2017.

In the semifinals of the oldest tennis tournament in the world, Čilić beat Querrey 3:1 in sets, and after a great struggle and two tie-breaks in the match, Čilić won with 6:7, 6:4, 7:6, 7:5. 

Čilić has thus become the first Croatian tennis player after Goran Ivanišević to reach the Wimbledon final.

The final will be played on Sunday against the winner of the match between Roger Federer and Tomas Berdych.
