Dinamo Zagreb won the SuperSport Croatian Cup with a 2–0 victory against Rijeka at Opus Arena in Osijek, with both goals scored by Luka Stojković. Mario Kovačević’s side completed a domestic double this season after already winning the league title. It marks Dinamo’s 18th Croatian Cup triumph since Croatian independence.

The final was overshadowed before kickoff by crowd trouble unrelated to football. Dinamo and Rijeka supporters attempted to clash on the motorway, but police intervened twice to prevent incidents. A large section of Rijeka fans was also mistakenly redirected, arriving at the stadium around the 20th minute.

On the pitch, Dinamo controlled much of the match and struck the woodwork twice in the first half. Stojković hit the post in the 22nd minute with a powerful effort from the edge of the box. Three minutes later, play was briefly stopped after a Dinamo supporter ran onto the pitch toward the Rijeka section.

Dinamo came close again in first-half stoppage time when Gabriel Vidović rattled the post, while Rijeka created very little before the break.

Rijeka’s best chance arrived when Toni Fruk weaved through the Dinamo defence after beating Sergi Domínguez and Scott McKenna before going down under a sliding challenge from Domínguez. Rijeka appealed for a penalty, but referee Mateo Erceg waved play on.

The game turned decisively in Dinamo’s favor early in the second half. Stojković opened the scoring in the 50th minute with a fierce strike from distance, although Rijeka goalkeeper Martin Zlomislić will feel he should have done better after getting a hand to the shot that went straight down the middle.

Rijeka nearly responded immediately. Mladen Devetak struck the crossbar with a volley after an excellent pass from Fruk, but Dinamo quickly doubled their lead.

Stojković grabbed his second goal in the 57th minute after superb work from Dion Drena Beljo. The Dinamo forward controlled a long ball while holding off defender Stjepan Radeljić, who lost his footing at a crucial moment. Beljo then squared the ball across the goal for an unmarked Stojković to finish from close range into an empty net. Dinamo could have scored a few more goals, and they had a lot of space several times.

Rijeka is left fighting for third place, which would put them in a more favorable position for the Conference League qualifiers. Hajduk will qualify for the Europa League, while Dinamo will start in the second qualifying round of the Champions League.
