Thunderstorm and Heavy Rain Hits Dubrovnik Area

Stradun has been flooded by the heavy rainfall that hit the Dubrovnik area today.

Today, the area of Dubrovnik has been hit by heavy rain and thunderstorms, reports Vijesti RTL on September 25, 2017.

Strong rain did not surprise the people of Dubrovnik since it has been announced days before, but they have been taken aback by the sheer quantity of the rainfall. As many fellow citizens published on social networks, many roads, streets and stairways have been flooded, especially in the city centre, where it is hard to walk through, reports Dubrovnik Dnevnik.
