“I am amazed at the wealth of the country, and the many influences that can be found in the architecture, gastronomy and Croatian temperament. It is a country at the crossroads of Central Europe and the Mediterranean. Slavic character, Latin culture and Mediterranean style. While the first moment of contact may seem cold, the moment you gain confidence, the human heart speaks.”
