With the summer season approaching quicker than ever and mid-May temperatures reaching up to 26 degrees Celsius, now is as good a time as any to get into summer gear and turn those dreams of a Croatian coast into reality.

It’s no surprise that Croatia’s popularity amongst British tourists has taken off in recent years (and yes, those numbers keep climbing). So with the help of Croatia expert Jane Foster, it was only fair that The Telegraph sort through the best islands for our beloved British travelers – there are more than a thousand to choose from, after all.
