Impressive, rich, dense, and yet soft and ripe wine is the Teran 2011 barrique by Istrian winemaker Franc Arman. It has a dark, almost impenetrable colour, and in the scent has lots of fruitiness mixed with spice notes and other, well blended influences of ripening in wood, wrote the Wine Stars reviewers. They gave it four stars and Wine of the Week title, and a bottle in Miva costs 109.50 kunas.

Three stars went to a full and harmonious wine Ottocento 2014 rosso, made by Giorgio Clai from Merlot, Refošk and Cabernet Sauvignon. This very good wine from an unexceptional 2014 harvest costs 149 kunas in PZ Dropi. Three stars also went to the Krš white 2016, wine from Žilavka by the Herzegovina winery Škegro, now in its prime (Vrutak, 55 kunas) and the refreshing Sauvignon Blanc 2016 by the Mount Nelson winery from the New Zealand Marlborough region (Vivat, 105.50 kunas).
