Romulic and Stojcic have done it again. After Hvar and Motovun now they’re showcasing Baranja in a fantastic timelapse to commemorate the opening of the Enthnological heritage centre of Baranja.
They’ve taken us Into the Storm on Hvar , then they whisked us off to the enchanting, misty Motovun, and now the dynamic duo Romulić and Stojčić have decided to showcase their own region, Baranja. On May 18,2016, they have released a brand new timelapse with the very best of Baranja, it’s natural beauty, protected reserves, golden fields, warm and hospitable people gastronomy and of course wine. Full of life indeed.
This short clip is a part of the permanent museum exhibition at the Ethnological heritage centre of Baranja which is opening today at 6 PM. The clip is one of 4 which the duo produced for the Centre, and apart from the grand opening, if you’re in the area you can also join a charity auction at the Centre. Romulić and Stojčić have donated their photographs for the auction and all proceeds will go to children with Down Syndrome. If you want to participate, the Centre is located in Beli Manastir, Kralja Tomislava 70.
We spoke to Mario Romulć minutes after the video was released and according to him, this new timelapse is one of their favourites since it is a depiction of an area which is closest to their hearts. It contains over 100 000 photographs which the duo collected over the last few years, and when the Centre invited them to produce the videos, they went back to their massive archives and pulled out the best of the best.
We hope you enjoy their labour of love and maybe it will make you visit Baranja during your next visit to Croatia.
