The average price of the Airbnb accommodation in Croatia is around EUR 49.
Prices in Croatia are quite favourable when it comes to booking an accommodation via the popular Airbnb service, thus placing itself it in the lower half of the list of the countries with the most expensive Airbnb accommodation, reports Pun Kufer.
For several years now, Airbnb is the “hero” of international travel, which provides tourists with a great price to quality ratio, so it’s no wonder that the service is getting more and more popular by the day. However, Airbnb prices are not the same everywhere you go, which is best seen by comparing the average prices for European countries.
The data was obtained from the Airbnb website and gives information on the average price of accommodation for one, two and six people. The results have shown that the most expensive Airbnb accommodation in Europe is by far in Iceland, where the average price of is a whopping 129 euros. Iceland is followed by Sweden, Norway and Andorra, where you will also need to cash out more if you wish to book a stay in one of the Airbnb apartments or houses.
On the other hand, you can find the cheapest Airbnb accommodation in Macedonia, where you will pay only 30 euros per night. Other countries with the lowest prices of accommodation facilities offered via Airbnb are Albania, Moldova and Kosovo, where you will have to pay just a little over 30 euros.
The average price in Croatia is around EUR 49, while the neighbouring countries of Slovenia (EUR 63) and Montenegro (EUR 54) are a bit more expensive. Other neighbouring countries that offer cheaper accommodation via Airbnb are Hungary (EUR 46), Bosnia and Herzegovina (EUR 38) and Serbia (EUR 35).
As it could have been presumed, the highest prices are in Scandinavian and Western European countries. Still, some popular destinations, such as Germany and Portugal, offer overnight stays for 52 euros.
