Known as the place where the ‘beer is cold, and the vibes are gold,’ Fabrique Pub opened right before the summer 2016 season to hungry foodies in the city eager to try their first bite of macaroni and cheese. From coffee by day to cocktails at night, Fabrique offers a massive selection of barbecue and pub fare and is the first establishment of its kind in the city. Because traditional pub fare would be too easy, Fabrique offers pub favorites with a Croatian twist, and guests can enjoy everything from ribs to fish and chips, wings to Mexican fare, and incredible meat and seafood options from their coal-fired Mibrasa grill. Let’s not forget their comprehensive beer selection ready to quench your thirst from all of the bar bites you fancy. And have you tried their burgers? Brace yourselves.

Fabrique’s space is also one of the most extensive bar and food environments in Split, and, while the DJ will wear out the soles on your dancing shoes at night, for those more sedentary sports fans, you’ll be happy to know that you can still enjoy Fabrique in the comfort of a booth, with your eyes fixed on one of their many televisions. Fans of football, basketball, and handball, rejoice!
