Capture the most magical moment in Zagreb with your camera – the first autumn sunset.
Are you a photo enthusiast or a professional photographer in love with Zagreb? First morning trams, kumice at Dolac, the first rays of sunshine between the Cathedral towers, the first pigeons, the sounds of Zagreb songs on a pianino, morning coffee, and croissants… These are just some of the elements you can capture on the first day of autumn!
Even though the heavy rain makes it seem like it’s already here, this is technically still summer, and Zagreb 360 is organising a photo meet up on September 23, 6 a.m. – 10 a.m.
Why so early, you might be wondering?
Well, take one look at the cover below and you’ll see why – early morning hours are the most magical time to capture the soul of Zagreb. You’ll be able to talk to fellow photo enthusiasts who see Zagreb as their muse, exchange stories, try out some great cameras, and have fun!
All participants can nominate one photo which will, together with their names, then be shown on two LED displays in the centre – one in Ban Jelačić and one in Cvjetni Square.
The event is organised by Zagreb 360 observation deck and event venue and the price is HRK 60. If you buy it before sunset on September 23, you will get unlimited free entrance to the observation deck (valid until January 31, 2018), and many other discounts around the city (find out more here).
Finally, the event states that many VIP guests are expected to show up – because everyone who loves their city so much that they are willing to get up early enough to see the sunrise is definitely a VIP guest.
