ZAGREB, August 25, 2018 – Secretary-General of the Živi Zid party Tihomir Lukanić has reported MOST party leader Božo Petrov to the Conflict of Interest Commission claiming that it is obvious from a report by the State Prosecutor’s Office (DORH) that Petrov had lied about meetings of a task force that worked on the “Lex Agrokor,” Živi Zid said in a press release on Saturday.

“For months, Božo Petrov kept repeating that he didn’t know anything about the meetings with the so-called Borg group. However, from DORH’s report it is obvious that Mr Petrov was indeed informed of everything,” the press release said listing all the meetings Petrov attended as noted in DORH’s report.

“Honourable Božo Petrov, you knew everything but kept silent. The entire MOST party knew. They kept silent for a year and a half. Not only were they silent but they lied. On 12 April 2017, they knew that the same people who wrote Lex Agrokor were engaged as consultants to siphon hundreds of millions of kuna,” the press release said.
